    Campground Information

    Brookside Campground, for over thirty years, has offered recreational camping and whitewater rafting for the family and outdoor enthusiast alike.

    Located on Rowland's Creek, deep in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, we are one short short mile from the Nantahala River launch site located directly on U.S. Highway 19 in Topton, North Carolina.

    Western North Carolina offers sports and activities as varied as the climate and terrain. Whether hiking the Appalachian Trail, rock climbing, horseback riding, or whitewater rafting, we have it all.

    A wide variety of vegetation ensures a continual display of color, with every season having its own special appeal.
